PawPass Service Dog Ready Renewal
Includes 12 additional months of active recognition, the current Service Dog Ready profile badge and display permission, updated staff education and refresher materials, the annual checklist and self-attestation, training access for applicable new employees, and confirmation that all applicable employees completed required training. It does not include a new custom policy, policy revisions, or consulting services.
Specialized industries and custom quotes
Some environments require more detailed service animal policies because access rules may interact with healthcare, sanitation, safety, housing, employment, education, transportation, or other legal requirements. Specialized policies are customized to the organization's actual operations and facility needs.

Schools, childcare facilities, government facilities, housing and property management, workplace policies, public transportation systems, airlines, airports, large healthcare systems, multi-location organizations, and unusual safety, sterile-area, animal-contact, or restricted-access environments require an individualized quote and are not sold through automatic checkout.
How the first included recognition year works
- Purchase the $595 package after questionnaire review.
- Receive the custom policy and employee materials.
- Complete the written-policy, employee-guide, knowledge-check, and self-attestation requirements.
- PawPass activates Service Dog Ready and starts the full 12-month recognition period.
- Choose whether to renew for $249/year near expiration. Renewal is not automatic without consent.
If recognition is not renewed, the business keeps its claimed listing, reviews, ratings, and historical information. Only active recognition benefits expire.
