Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to you when you use PawPass. By visiting PawPass, creating an account, submitting reviews or reports, uploading photos, claiming a business, purchasing a plan, using search tools, or using training tools, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.

PawPass is a community review, business listing, park information, service animal access education, and business training platform. PawPass is not a government agency, court, law firm, ADA enforcement body, or official legal determination service.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting access to your account. PawPass may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that submit false information, abusive content, spam, fraudulent claims, impersonation, or content that creates safety, privacy, billing, reputation, or legal risk.

Reviews, ratings, photos, reports, and other submissions must be truthful to your personal experience. You may not submit illegal content, threats, harassment, private medical details, staff personal information, defamatory content, or legal conclusions presented as official findings.

PawPass may use location information, search terms, third-party map data, and business listing data to return nearby businesses, parks, and resources. PawPass does not guarantee that listings, hours, rules, ratings, accessibility information, or map results are complete, current, or error-free.

If you claim or manage a business listing, you must have authority to represent that business. Business badges, awards, certificates, and training records are subject to PawPass platform criteria, subscription status, admin review, and ongoing compliance with platform rules.

Paid plans and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal timing, cancellation handling, and refunds are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you manage a business subscription, you are responsible for managing that subscription before renewal.

PawPass is provided as an informational and operational platform. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PawPass disclaims warranties and is not responsible for user-generated content, third-party business behavior, Google/Stripe/auth provider issues, or decisions users make based on platform content.

The Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Legal Disclaimer, Badge and Certification Criteria, Community Review Guidelines, and Accessibility Statement are part of the PawPass policy bundle and may apply depending on how you use PawPass.
